At Admirable Home Inspections, I’ve been proudly serving Southwest Florida for over 5 years.  I am a Florida Licensed Home Inspector (HI13817) and an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector (CPI), with specialized certifications in Thermal Imaging, Wind Mitigation, 4-Point Inspections, Pools & Spas, Roofs, HVAC and Electrical to name a few!!!

Based in Lee County, I proudly serve Lee, Collier, Charlotte, and Sarasota Counties, bringing local knowledge and experience in SWFL homes to every inspection.

Whether you’re a buyer, seller or investor, my commitment is always to you—the client. I work for you and only you.  Our inspection of your home whether it is a New Construction, Resale, 4 Point or Wind Mitigation will not be rushed. I will be extremely thorough, I will not leave anything out, and you can expect the average home inspection to take up to 4 hours or more if needed.  You are also welcomed to be present at the inspection, but not mandatory.

I am not a multi-inspector company that is scheduling several inspections daily and writing the reports on site.  I can assure you that we do not specialize on performing a quantity of daily inspections, sending a team of inspectors into your potential home and completing the inspection in just a couple of hours at best.  Unlike multi-inspector companies that rush through inspections, I focus on quality over quantity. You can expect a personal, professional, friendly, and a detailed inspection, with nothing left unchecked.  My inspection reports are organized, detailed, well written and easy to understand.

Scheduling is simple—through my website, email, text, or a phone call at 239-980-9888. I personally answer my phone 7 days a week, from 6 AM to 9 PM. There are no automated attendants or receptionists—just direct, personal communication. Emails, texts and voicemails are returned within a few hours, and I’m available before, during, and after your inspection for any consultation or follow-up questions.

For added peace of mind, I will even return to your property upon request to verify that repairs have been properly completed.  At Admirable Home Inspections, my goal is simple: to give you complete understanding of the home you are intending on buying, with the personal attention and care you deserve.
