I was referred by my brother and my real estate agent to call Admirable Home Inspections, LLC, and speak to Charles Marchese. I called and spoke to Charles this past Sunday, and our house was inspected the following Tuesday. Charles was very professional and accommodating in such short notice. He is very knowledgeable and makes the whole process easy and very smooth, always saying that you can call him anytime with further questions. And boy did I have questions. Let me start by mentioning that I’ve had my share of experiences with poorly performing inspectors – whether it be a lack of knowledge, field experience, or proper attitude. I’m a contractor and truly appreciate working with a high-level professional inspector. Residential projects are now part of my past but a part of me remains skeptical of inspectors until I’m convinced otherwise. Charles has met and exceeded all expectations in his role as home inspector of a house we are purchasing from out of state. His communications have been timely, detailed, and clear.
